Scott has over 20 years experience working on Capitol Hill, 15 of which he served on the House Financial Services Committee, where he held a title of Housing Policy Director.  He worked extensively on housing finance issues, including GSE reform, FHA legislation, mortgage regulations, and mortgage servicing issues.  Scott Olson also has six years private sector experience as a public finance investment banker and four years experience in commercial real estate finance and investments.

Robert Zimmer

Robert Zimmer is a longtime financial services executive with over 30 years of experience.  He leads the strategic consulting firm TVDC, which handles press, government relations, and business development for financial clients, and previously served as a staff member of the House Financial Services Committee and head of Congressional Relations for Freddie Mac.

David Horne

External Affairs Consultant 

David Horne has spent most of the past 20 years providing government relations advocacy and strategic advice for a broad range of clients.  Prior to starting his own lobbying practice, David spent six years on Capitol Hill as Senior Counsel for the House of Banking, Housing, and Community Opportunity Committee and as a Chief of Staff; from 2008-2009 David was the Chief of Staff for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  In his practice, David interacts extensively with Congress and the Executive Agencies, primarily the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the Office of Management and Budget. From 1990 to 1995 he practiced law with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Los Angeles and Washington where he worked mostly on real estate, bankruptcy, and corporate reorganization cases.
