The Community Home Lenders of America (CHLA) today sent a letter to U.S. Housing (FHFA) Director Pulte to make recommendations from CHLA’s recent Credit Score White Paper Update – including fast tracking VantageScore, removing references to Fair Isaac from GSE credit score requirements – and ultimately having Fannie and Freddie develop their own capabilities to increase competition and bring down prices
