The Community Home Lenders of America (CHLA) sent a letter to the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) proposing a collaboration to enhance state examination procedures for Independent Mortgage Banks (IMBs) by streamlining the process into one, Uniform Annual Exam.
